Why they attack me
While reading this article please remember that I am currently located about 80 miles from Mena, Arkansas. Mena was home to one of the largest drug running operations in U.S history and the kicker it was apparently sanctioned by the U.S government. I think Bill Clinton was the governor of Arkansas at the time and I have a notebook full of peoples information some of them were pardoned by President Clinton. It has many similarities to the Epstein situation that is currently happening which I am also in some ways connected to. I also hacked a blockchain named Mina which is pretty coincidental, I think.
I just want to make it very clear that I have never in my life agreed to be an informant for the police or the feds. If I had I would not be legally allowed to publish this information. I can publish this because I never signed any paperwork for the police or the govornment. Now they are trying to kill me.
The Beginning / Overview
I think this all started way back in 2015. I was living in Texarkana, Texas with a girl who had ties to some local police I suspect. Her name was Amanda Nicole Weeks, AKA Amanda Nicole Vaughn. She was in prison but is probably out by now. The police probably suspected I was doing illegal stuff but couldn't prove it because I was not doing anything illegal. They never found substantial amounts of drugs despite illegal searches of my property that I caught on camera.
A friend of mine that I had know for 20+ years then got arrested by a federal task force for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. For anyone interested here is a link to the DOJ website with the story. Her name was Amy. She recently died which I found to be unusual because she was just approved for very expensive medication that is only given after a thorough health review. Here is a link to her obituary.
Amy told me the person that snitched on her was Jay Doolin. Prior to this arrest, Doolin was also arrested in May of 2015 with possession of more than 41 firearms, which were seized from his home. He used to own the Harley Davidson shop in Texarkana. Amy also told me that a girl they called "Bear" was the person that was filming them. According to court records, in January of 2016, investigators working with the Texas Department of Public Safety ("TX DPS") began an investigation into a local methamphetamine trafficking group operating on the Texas side of Texarkana in Bowie County. During that investigation, TX DPS investigators utilized a confidential informant (CI) that informants name is Jay Doolin to arrange for multiple purchases of methamphetamine from James Little ("Little") from his home in Texarkana, Texas.
On October 19, 2016, Little’s bond was revoked in his federal case after he attempted suicide after learning that he was under investigation for the sexual assault of minors while he was working as an informant. On May 21, 2018, Little pled guilty to state charges of Rape in Miller County Circuit Court in Miller County, Arkansas
After all of this Amy started depositing large sums of cash like close to 10,000$ always under 10,000$ at a time in the bank for her Aunt Beatrice Curd like monthly or more frequently. I never seen so much cash money before. I thought it was curious the cash was always in a Regions Bank envelope as they were depositing it into a Regions Bank.
I had nothing to do with their meth business, had no idea what they were doing, and did my best to stay away from them at the time. Its just weird this all happened around the same time. Almost like the police decided I was guilty of something and have been coming after me ever since.
Timeline
November of 2012
I attempted suicide in a walmart bathroom by overdosing on heroin. I went to the hospital and 45 days later was released from the hospital. I decided to stop doing heroin, moved to Texarkana, and had a job working for FedEx.
July of 2015
My felony case was filed (manufactured) in Dallas county against me for possession of heroin. They claimed it was for the overdose attempt in Novemmber of 2012. The statue of limitations is 3 years on this case and they filed it 3 months before that expired. Around this time I caught my landlord Sharon A. Harris and the police going into my house on my security cameras to search it without a warrant while I was at work. I left work and went home but they were watching me at work and they got notice I was on my way. I saw all of them leaving as I pulled in. So it appeears they manufactured this case on me using their drug task force connections in Dallas.
January of 2016
According to public information, investigators working with the Texas Department of Public Safety ("TX DPS") began an investigation into a local methamphetamine trafficking group operating on the Texas side of Texarkana in Bowie County.

I was arrested in January 2016. I suspect this was done so my house could be searched for illegal drugs. No illgal drugs were ever found and no charges were ever filed against me.

this case was manufactured against me and likely was invalid to begin with.
Why did it take them so long to file the case?
Did the CIA step in and get this case reduced to a misdemeanor for me? If yes then why?
Around July 2016 I sued my ex landlord Sharon Harris because she emptied my house while I was in jail. I was bonded out of jail and back home before the rent was even officially due. I found the door locked and I had to call the police to get them to let me back in. She emptied my house to cover for the fact it was searched for drugs, because none were found. The police never did prove I did anything wrong. I won the court case against my former landlord but she refused to pay. I could have put a lein on her property but did not have money to continue to pay the court fee's.
October 19, 2016 On October 19, 2016, Little’s bond was revoked in his federal case after he attempted suicide after learning that he was under investigation for the sexual assault of minors while he was working as an informant.
Mar 26, 2017 Jay Doolin sentenced to 8 years in prison which is likely a reduced sentence.
May 21, 2018 On May 21, 2018, Little pled guilty to state charges of Rape in Miller County Circuit Court in Miller County, Arkansas
June 22, 2018 Duane (DAK) Kees, United States Attorney for the Western District of Arkansas, announced today that three Texarkana, Texas methamphetamine traffickers were sentenced for Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine. Demetrius Allah Stanley aka “Cuzo,” age 42, of Texarkana, Texas was sentenced on June 20, 2018 to 96 months in federal prison followed by 3 years of supervised release, Amy Darlene Bryant, age 39, of Texarkana, Texas, was sentenced on June 20, 2018 to 21 months in federal prison followed by 3 years of supervised release, and James Ruble Little, age 32, originally of Fouke, Arkansas was sentenced today to 120 months in federal prison followed by 3 years of supervised release.
Real Story
Amy and James were likely selling dope. She told me a girl named "Bear" was staying with her at the time recording everything for the police and that the informant they sold the dope to was Jay Doolin. I was busy with work and I was not doing meth at the time because when I decided to stop doing heroin I stopped doing all illegal things. What the DOJ article does not tell you is as follows.
I was trying to rebuild my life and one day in Febuary Amy shows up telling me the feds had arrested her. She told me there was a Texarkana police detective named Officer Freeman they were working with I assume as informants. She would meet with him at Spring Lake Park in a room with a giant board of suspect names like you see on TV. I think he is the local cop that has been provided with federal authority because he is working on a federal task force. Officer Freeman gave Amy and James 500$ to buy a little red car from a guy named Seth Shonkwiler. Seth was later arrested for receiving stolen property on on 09-10-18. In Amy's case they were all indicted by a federal grand jury in August 2016 and pled guilty in summer of 2017. Guess when Jay Doolin was sentenced? March 26, 2017.
There is more to this story but do you own research. I was living with Amy and James for a short time and the POLICE again set me up with another Criminal case to get me out of the way. I was charged with criminal trespass from an addresss where I lived and received mail. I had to plead guilty because I was in jail and fighting the case would take 3 months.
Here is a federal civil rights lawsuit filed by one of the co-defendants in Amy's federal case which lists some of the parties involved in this mess. I assume the police here are trying to discredit or kill me to hide all of this info.
After doing maybe 21 months mostly in county jail Amy was released her co-defendants got about 10 years each. Why did she only get two years if she didn't provide substantial assistance? Very soon after she became friends with a guy named Paul.
He was released from jail under very suspicious circumstances as detailed by this document. Danny Russell I think was the Sherrif of Little River county in Arkansas which would support the fact that they worked with the Federal Task force. Danny Russell is now dead

I had gotten into a housing program here probably around 2017 called Doorways. My case managers name was Emily Jade Bredenburg who later went on to found some police charity or something called Beyond The Badge. They appeared to be scamming the government out of money with the Doorways program. They would get a homeless person a place to live and pay the rent for up to 1 year. But at the same time someone was working to get the homeless people kicked out of the apartments and then the Doorways program would pay the landloard a giant bonus which they claimed was to ensure the next person had a place to stay. Fraud?
I moved away from texarkana in 2018 and went to Hot Springs arkansas but by the end of 2019 I was under attack and had to leave.
I moved back to texarkana at some point around 2022 or 2023. I ended up living in a house owned by a guy named Darien Hatcher case number No. 06-13-00123-CR who was involved in an attempted murder case a long time ago here. Informant? I caught one of my roomates at this house Ricky Kimmel meeting with an Arkansas State Police and he lied to me and told me it was a building inspector, informant?. While I was living here at 512 Grand Ave in texarkana arkansas the police manufactured another case against me this time a felony case. They said I was threatening people but I was not once again I had to plead guilty to get out of jail on a reduced charge or sit there and fight the case. Look at the amount of people that have lived at this address The house next door was also weird and was owned by L. Clifford Davis, a civil rights lawyer who led efforts to desegregate high schools in Texas. I never saw no old lawyer guy living in the house next door.
A truck driver lived in the house located across the street at 519 Grand Ave his name was Gregory Jackson. A 15-year-old Livingston ISD student was tragically killed on December 7, 2023, when an 18-wheeler struck a car, veered off U.S. 59 North, and hit him as he exited a school bus. The bus had its red lights flashing and stop sign extended. The truck driver, Gregory Jackson, was charged with criminally negligent homicide. They used to shoot me with electronic weapons from his truck I think he was an FBI informant or something because he was back home with a new truck in under 4 days.
Then I found this tow truck driver David Michael "Mike" Akin. He was helping them with their operations here using his wrecker business Red River Towing. A former veteran Texarkana, Arkansas firefighter who was arrested on aggravated sexual assault charges involving a young child. Funny enough he was a pastor of Texarkana First United Methodist Church which has ties to the former Mayor Allen Brown. This is how this group of people operates, they get people in this kind of position then threaten them if they dont cooperate. Instead of doing the dirty work themselvs which could get someone in trouble they use informants because being in a position of authority they can intervene to get the informants out of trouble.
Who is attacking me
The police on the federal task force are the ones that started all of this. These police here work with most of the people I have listed so far on this page in some way either by threating them with blackmale or using them as informants. They are likely the ones who got me placed on the stupid terrorist list. They are the ones who are attacking me right now it appears. I know this because I am attacked using the same methods in every city I go to, but, only in Texarkana am I abused extensivly by someone attempting to cause actual harm. I assume I know too much about all of their informants and what they do here and what has happened. These police here and their friends in Dallas, have manufactured 3 different cases on me in the last 10 years. None of these cases was technically valid and all were done in a very strange way. Thats what they do. Honestly I have done stuff to get put in jail before but 3 out of my last 4 criminal cases were not legit.
I thought it was the FBI/CIA doing this to me for a very long time but now I have enough evidence to say the regional police have access to these weapons and have very little oversight in how they are used. So I apologize to the FBI/CIA for blaming them for all of these problems because it looks like they might not be 100% responsible for the harm being done to me.
Types of Attacks
Headaches The task force police have a weapon that causes headaches. It is possible to determine if the headache is being caused by an external source by using your hand or a metal object to sheild your head. If you can hold up a piece of metal and block it the headache is being caused by a weapon.
Coughing Apparently it is possible to induce coughing using an energy weapon. Again it can be blocked using any type of barrier usually just my arms works this apparently is a less intense energy weapon.
Facial Nerve Attacks It is also possible to cause the symptoms of a tooth abcess by microwaving a facial nerve. Some nerves are easier to attack than others. This is the latest type of attack. This can also be blocked with any reasonable barrier. Your arm or hands work because your body is made of water and water is a poor conductor of electromagnetic energy.
In addition to causing physical pain these weapons can induce anger, joy, tiredness, confusion, any emotion via stimulation of the CNS. Mostly it makes me angry people think they have the right to cause me physical injury and possible long term negative health consequences regardless of the reason they feel this is appropriate.
